TO INVEST IN HUMAN CAPITAL, THE SUDAN AIRPORTS HOLDING COMPANY LAUNCHES CULTURAL CHANGE PROGRAM(CCP)
Sudan Airports Holding Company announced the launch of the Cultural Change Program (CCP) which aims: to improve performance of the organization; to enable and develop the staff working in the aviation sector in the Sudan; and to disseminate a constructive work culture supported by an ambitious strategy. Eng. Mohamed Abdel-Aziz said that the company, through the CCP, is capable of reflecting the good image of Sudan via Khartoum International Airport as being the bright edifice of the country, pointing out that the airport is a vital strategic utility through which 3 to 4 Million passengers pass every year.
Eng. Abdulaziz enumerated the features of the CCP, saying that the program will lead to an improvement in services, personal development, enhancement of employees performance with high professionalism, pointing out that the program does not accept quick and temporary solutions, rather it needs patience and determination, and above all, the self-trust of the staff in the importance of change, and that what has been achieved in the previous period. The Civil Aviation Authority experienced an administrative and structural reform. Now it is high time for the stage of organizational reform to put investment in human capital since it is a major competitive advantage for the companies.
