THE LAUNCH OF CCP CEREMONY
Using the best practices for conducting a detailed study that took one to identify the cultural gap in the newly established companies, the study recommended the development and implementation of a cultural change program (CCP) for the leadership with a view to enhancing the performance of the organization and building the capacity of staff.
Eng. Mohamed Abdulaziz, the General Manager of the Holding Company, pointed out that the program does not accept quick and temporary solutions; rather it needs patience, determination, and above all, the self-trust of the staff in the importance of change, as well as what has been achieved in the previous period. The Civil Aviation Authority has experienced an administrative and structural reform. Now it is high time for the stage of organizational reform to put investment in human capital since it is a major competitive advantage for the companies.
It is worth mentioning that the CCP contains a detailed plan which will be commenced to be implemented immediately after the end of the ceremony by the team work under the supervision of the Top Management.
